March Round Up.
Chamfron Colorado has left the stud and is happily settled into his new home with Nicola Carruthers just ten minutes down the road.
Sadly we had to have Marks former showjumper and original polo pony, Cheeko, shot after he took colic suddenly. He was 22 years old and Mark had owned him for 17 years.
The 2010 foaling season has started with a bay (possibly roan) colt out of the polo playing thoroughbred mare Lady Erica and by Arrayan Numa, born on the 30th.
Apologies for the quality of photo but we haven't been able to get him out in the paddock yet due to some rather unpleasant weather since his birth. March has finished with blizzards and extremely high winds.
