Chamfron Stud

A lovely dry, sunny April in Dumfriesshire has meant the retired horses have had their winter rugs removed, the broodmares have been turned out and the fields have been harrowed and rolled.

Chamfron Chipita has been delivered to her new home with Lorna Rowland in Surrey, shown here with Lorna's reining horse Tinsel Catnic.

A really lovely correct filly with the most adorable quiet temperament and fabulous movement she should have a great future.

We were pleased to hear that Will Ramsey at Border Reivers polo club has a bay roan filly by Arrayan and out of the playing thoroughbred mare Jamaica, born on the 21st of April.

However a less pleasant April for Chamfron Malambo who is now a gelding!
